A great opportunity to join as HR Business Partner in a true generalist role, reporting to the Director of People and managing a small team. This is a varied position covering senior ER casework, recruitment and resourcing, policy development and project delivery – all while driving positive cultural change across the organisation.

 

What you’ll do

  • Provide managers with expert HR guidance to enable effective team performance and delivery of business objectives
  • Oversee and support complex and senior-level employee relations casework
  • Lead on recruitment, resourcing and workforce planning initiatives
  • Ensure people policies and processes are developed, implemented and regularly reviewed in line with organisational values
  • Support strategic HR projects and organisational change initiatives
  • Analyse and report workforce data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and develop a small HR team on a day-to-day basis

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a generalist capacity
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Track record of managing complex ER cases at a senior level
  • Experience in policy development, recruitment and organisational change
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to use data and insights to shape outcomes
  • Collaborative, proactive and values-driven approach
