An exciting opportunity to join a Financial Services business as Head of People. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape and deliver a bold people agenda that supports growth, innovation, and cultural transformation.

 

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Executive team and Board to align people strategy with ambitious growth plans
  • Lead the People function across HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and development
  • Guide organisational design, workforce planning and succession to future-proof capability
  • Champion initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion and high performance
  • Design and deliver a competitive reward and recognition framework
  • Provide HR leadership during periods of change, transformation and M&A activity
  • Ensure governance, compliance and HR reporting meet legal and regulatory requirements

 

What we’re looking for

  • Previous HR leadership experience in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record in delivering strategic people plans with measurable results
  • Strong expertise in organisational design, workforce planning and change management
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to influence up to Executive Leadership level
  • Background in reward strategy, talent development and engagement
  • High emotional intelligence and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • A balance of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery
  • Experience in financial services, debt management or international business would be an advantage
