An exciting opportunity to join a growing, multi-site and internationally expanding organisation as Director of HR. This is a pivotal role, partnering with the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team to shape and deliver a progressive people agenda during a period of transformation, innovation and growth.

 

What you’ll do

  • Extensive senior HR leadership experience within complex, fast-paced organisations
  • Strong generalist expertise spanning employment law, recruitment, L&D and change management
  • Proven track record in organisational transformation and executive-level business partnering
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to balance empathy and pragmatism
  • A collaborative, visible and low-ego leadership style

 

What we’re looking for

  • Lead the HR strategy in alignment with organisational priorities and transformation plans
  • Guide workforce planning, succession and talent development to future-proof capability
  • Champion diversity, inclusion and engagement across the organisation
  • Oversee HR operations covering recruitment, reward, learning and development, and compliance
  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, offering expert challenge and insight
  • Support key change initiatives including business transformation, office relocation and international growth
  • Lead and develop the HR and facilities teams, embedding a culture of continuous improvement
