Are you a strategic HR Business Partner ready to make a real impact across a dynamic, multi-site region? This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior leadership, people leaders and deliver initiatives that shape engagement, retention, and organisational performance.


What you’ll do

  • Acting in a HR Business Partnering capacity across a designated region
  • Drive recruitment, retention and engagement initiatives that support growth
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases
  • Oversee senior management recruitment and succession planning
  • Support organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and M&A activity
  • Champion culture, communication and wellbeing across multiple sites
  • Attend leadership meetings and contribute to strategic workforce planning
  • Travel to sites when required, balancing with remote working

 

What we’re looking for

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 (preferred)
  • Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent coaching, management and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working remotely
  • Passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement
