Head of HR

Manchester (Hybrid) | £80,000–£85,000 + 15% bonus

Fensur is working with an Engineering company in Manchester to appoint a Head of HR.  This is a superb opportunity to join an ambitious business where people are central to success.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop the HR Department, shaping HR Strategy and its execution
• Oversee the different parts of the HR function from Payroll, Talent acquisition, L&D and Business Partnering
• Provide strategic direction to the leadership team on People strategy
• Champion company culture, employee engagement and D&I initiatives
• Support Organisational change and Change Management projects
• Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory and governance requirements

What we’re looking for

• Previous HR leadership experience in an Engineering business would be desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills

• Proven at delivering change management and organisation transformation initiatives 
• Sound commercial acumen and business minded
