What You’ll Do

  • Champion projects focused on engagement, wellbeing and DEI
  • Build robust talent pipelines and succession plans to secure future growth
  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Use HR data and insights to inform decisions and demonstrate impact
  • Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations while strengthening manager capability
  • Continuously refine policies and processes to ensure they’re effective, modern and compliant

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Broad HR generalist experience with a track record in true business partnering
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, change management and organisational development
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Commercially focused with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders
  • Confident using HR systems and people data to shape outcomes
  • Proactive, collaborative and driven to create a thriving culture
